Clients are expected to provide clear project goals, content, brand assets, approvals, and timely feedback. Delays caused by incomplete information or late approvals may affect project timelines and additional costs.
3. Payment and delivery
Project payments are governed by the agreed quote or invoice. Unless otherwise specified, the website is considered delivered after final approval and launch. Any additional work requested after approval may be charged separately.
4. Ownership and intellectual property
We retain rights to pre-existing templates, assets, methods, code, and process knowledge unless specifically transferred in writing. Final design content and code created for the client project may be transferred to the client after full payment, subject to the agreement terms.
5. Website content and third-party services
Clients are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and suitability of the content uploaded to their website. We may recommend third-party tools such as hosting providers, analytics platforms, or email services, but those services are governed by their respective terms.
6. Limitation of liability
Online Ocean is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees actually paid for the relevant service, unless required by applicable law.
